Cancellation Policy

BARE Dance YYC | Movement Co. Cancellation Policy At BARE, we know life can be full and unpredictable. This policy is in place to keep things fair for all dancers while protecting class availability, instructor time, and overall studio flow. Class Cancellations 12-hour notice required All class cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations Any cancellation made within 12 hours of class time will be considered late. No-shows If you do not attend a scheduled class and have not cancelled in advance, it will be recorded as a no-show. We understand that things come up. Each dancer is allowed 2 late cancellation waivers per calendar year. To use a waiver, please contact info@baremovement.ca Fees & Attendance Policy Drop-in / Class Pack Dancers Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of that class credit or a charge equal to the class fee. Residency Members Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a $20 fee per occurrence. This ensures fairness and accountability across all members. Booking Etiquette If you are unable to attend a class, please cancel as early as possible to allow another dancer to take your place. If you are added to a class from the waitlist, the standard cancellation policy applies from the moment you are confirmed. Unexpected Circumstances We understand that emergencies and unpredictable situations happen, especially with Alberta weather. If something significant arises, please reach out directly and we will do our best to support you fairly.
